Felice has spent her entire career as the only or one of a few African Americans or women in the room. She understands what it means to balance your cultural identity with conformity in corporate or organized settings.
As a supply chain veteran, Felice has worked as a railroad manager for Union Pacific Railroad in rural Nebraska managing men twice her age and very few that were minority. She has worked with truck drivers and led all male teams on the loading docks of FedEx Ground and as CEO of her former trucking company, Spirit Logistics. She has served in a supporting role to the CEO of Keystone Automotive, and COO of Asurion Insurance Services. She’s also held numerous management and executive positions from Director to Vice President and can relate to employees at any stage of a career journey.

Felice has an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee and an Executive Master’s degree from Southern Methodist University. She was professionally trained in business coaching at the University of Miami and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Felice is a native Nashvillian and loves her community! She has previously served on the Board of KIPP Nashville and continues to support and volunteer. She is also a graduate of the Nashville Business Incubation Center and coaches several local entrepreneurs. She is a member of Bethel Brentwood Church and is a proud active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc!
